This game manages to run at 5k and 60fps on ultra.
Battlefield V and 1 had ray tracing, and it was shit. 2080ti cranking out 5k with HDR and Ray Tracing, holy shit. Dirt 5 is the best looking game on my PC. Most console games are locked in at a frustrating level that accomidates xbox360 all the way to series X with no graphical settings (except limited ones on the X).īut boy was I wrong. Now, I have a PC, my brother has an Xbox series X. Graphics - Looks are the first thing you hear about this game. I wanted to hate it so bad, and I had to admit to my brother that he was right. I went into this game already hating it, and it turned me around. Im a sim racer all day long, but after a few beers, I want to set aside the wheel, pick up a controller, and have something more realistic than NFS to play, but not so real I have to restart a 10 minute track because I hit 1 pixel of a rock.ĭirt 5, while having a decent amount of negative aspects, is worth more than the $9 I spent on it.
It takes a back seat now, to Assetto Corsa Comp and Dirt Rally 2.0, but I still love it. I remember Dirt3 like it was yesterday, because I played yesterday.
