When I graduated in 2011, that’s when I started “perusing” the job boards officially and considering what options were out there. Some people start in their last semester and others start after graduation and then others start after they pass boards. To be honest, I don’t believe there is a hard and fast rule about this. When should you start your PMHNP job search as a new grad?
